The Foundry Restaurant can be viewed as two restaurants in one spectacular setting. By day, The Foundry is a spacious breakfast and lunch venue serving a delicious buffet and a set menu business lunch. Blu Sky Lounge and Grill

The biggest of big-screen sports, daily promotions and lounge events, and a mouth-watering grill menu; the award-winning Blu Sky Lounge & Grill in Abu Dhabi is designed for that Friday-night-feeling every night of the week.

A schedule of major sporting events from the Grand Prix to the Premier League fills the lounge with immersive sound on screens positioned for uninterrupted viewing.

Beyond the impressive bar selection of draught and bottle, mixologist and soft-drink variety, the dining menu at Blu Sky Lounge & Grill is much more than just bar-snacking. From cheesy fries to loaded nachos and fish & chips with line caught cod in a crispy pale ale batter to Argentinian tenderloin with chimichurri, it’s all your grill favourites and then some. Kahraman

A taste of Abu Dhabi in Arabic inspired surroundings, hand-picked authentic global specialities, curry feasts from Durban-style to Delhi-spicy, and the always-popular sushi nights; Kahraman takes you from shish to sashimi.

Arabic mezze flavours of Fattoush and Tabbouleh, falafel and kibbeh as well as kofta and shish from the grill, and the Emirati favourite lamb Majbous are celebrated every day à la carte. Buffets throughout the week include expertly crafted sushi showcasing fish-market fresh prawns, octopus, soft shell crabs and scallops.

The homely setting and warm ambience are a quiet space for dinner or for family buffet celebrations and is well positioned near Balcon Lounge for a pre-dinner drink. Dress Code: Smart Casual.

Balcon Lounge and Terrace

From bite sized tapas to sharing-sized portions, Balcon’s menu is full of delicate and delicious gastronomic creations served poolside in a private cabana or in the lounge. The experience is elevated with premium drinks, chilled DJ ambience and a selection of flavoured shisha.

Asian meets Mediterranean at Balcon with the best of local and imported ingredients. Start with the simple elegance of nano-plates where yuzu-truffle mayo and octopus carpaccio share the menu with lotus stem crisps, soft shell crabs, ebi tempura, sushi and sashimi and a selection of taste-broadening sharing plates.

Hytes

On the 27th floor rooftop for all-day dining, laid back lunches and after-dark bar vibes at Hytes.

Generous house salads or famous burgers, coffee with friends or signature sundowner mixologist creations, the Hytes menu has something for every mood. Large windows with expansive views look out over Abu Dhabi, the Corniche and the Gulf, while the rooftop pool terrace adds to the on-top-of-the-world feelings at Hytes.

Light nibbles like crab taco sliders or plum sauce dipped spring rolls; big salads with shrimps from the gulf, aged balsamic dressings or crispy duck; New York style striploin sandwiches and Angus beef burgers or fresh handmade pizzas with plenty of mozzarella. For lunch, dinner, or drinks and snacks, the Hytes menu is a full choice of classics and inventive temptations.

Filament Café

Located in the impressive proportions of the Southern Sun Abu Dhabi lobby, Filaments Café is perfect for casual café meetings, grab-and-go coffee and classic Afternoon Tea. Combining barista prepared Italian espresso machine coffee with French pastries as well as light snacks, Turkish and loose-leaf tea in a comfortably air-conditioned setting, Filaments Café is a welcome break in the city centre.

A highlight of the Filaments Café is the Afternoon Tea experience. Served between 15h00 and 18h00, the serving is a choice of classic English style or Arabian flavours. Devonshire cream, fruit tarts, freshly baked scones, Arabian sweets, delicate dates, Turkish coffee and teas will rival for your palate’s attention.

The menu of handmade pralines, chocolates, cakes and macarons is perfectly complimented with a drinks variety that includes English Breakfast tea, Japanese Green tea, cappuccino and macchiato.
