You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All cots are subject to availability. An additional deposit amount will be taken upon check in for extra charges during your stay - (AED 500 for Rooms & Suites, AED 1000 for Pool Villa and Polo Pool Villa, AED 2000 for Pool Residences and AED 5000 for Villa Layali - additional deposit amount per night. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
